This policy explains what personal information Route 66 Getaway (“we”, “us”) collects through route66kingman.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Booking requests and reservations: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your dates, the number of guests and any message you send us.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Payments: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address and browser for security and to keep the site running. The site may use cookies needed for login, booking and basic, aggregated visit statistics.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your questions, manage your reservation, send you the details of your stay and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the site and your stay: our hosting provider, our payment provider and our email provider. They process your data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Reservation records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Messages that don’t lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months.
